Core hours – 10am and 3pm (or as displayed on the reception window). All transactions, requests and inquiries must be done during these hours Check-in not before 2.00 pm. Check-out time NO LATER than 11.30am. Charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out. If checking out earlier than 9 am. Please check first with reception. Security Deposit: This refundable deposit serves to cover any potential damages, missing inventory, or stained linen that may occur during your time with us. We understand accidents happen, but to mitigate any inconvenience, please promptly report any issues to the front desk upon your arrival. By adhering to these regulations, we aim to maintain the quality of our amenities and ensure a comfortable experience for all our guests. Safety deposit box. We advise that valuable items be stored in a safe at reception. Housekeeping Regular service of rooms will be scheduled during your stay. Rooms are only completely cleaned at check in and check out, unless otherwise requested. Complementary hotel soap and toilet paper will be provided at Check-in. Ironing Facilities made available upon request during Reception hours. We Kindly remind you to: SWITCH OFF Air-Condition and all lights if going out for the day. KEEP ALL windows and doors closed when the A/C is on except when cooking. Note: bedroom doors in villa must be kept closed when AC on. WASH OFF ALL sand before entering rooms at outside shower & foot bath WASH OFF ALL sunscreen before using towels and linen DO NOT REMOVE Bath towels provided from rooms. Beach towels available for rent at reception. Please adhere to following to help leave the room in same condition as you received: NO smoking in the rooms NO food or eating in beds. Damaged linens may incur replacement fee. NO cooking in closed room with Air-condition on. LINEN CHANGES towel/ linen changes scheduled for stays longer than 4 nights [*Not applicable for long term guests at discounted rate]. Additional linen/towel changes may be requested and will incur additional charge. Beach towels are available for rent at reception. Request a mattress protector for your child if needed. Health, Safety and Well being All for COVID19 restrictions must be followed. (See signage) Resident guests must register at reception. Fees may be applicable if any non registered guests stay overnight. Non-resident visitors must leave the compound before 10 pm. Resident guests and their visitors must be considerate of neighbors. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM Please note Violations of the above rules or any acts ruled unsafe may result in the removal of the guest(s) from the hotel property without refund GREEN KEY CERTIFICATION (Recycling) We appreciate your help to facilitate recycling and the conservation of energy in an aim to follow Global Green Key Standards. We kindly ask you to place all glass bottles in crates provided. Plastics to be set aside or in receptacles provided for separate disposal. Cancellation policy

This extends to any meal packages or other services included with the booking and any amendments made to the original reservation. Please be aware of the type of Rate Plan you choose when booking with us as this will determine if you are indeed entitled to a refund. The fees which are applied are standard practice for hotel reservations and aims to balance the interests of both the customer and the hotel, ensuring that the customer receives a appropriate portion of their payment back while also covering the fees incurred by merchants such as Credit Payment services and banks involved in facilitating the initial transaction, as part of the losses incurred to the business. We hope this demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction while also acknowledging the expenses involved in processing the transaction and providing the related services. This approach can contribute to maintaining a positive and fair relationship with our customers, promoting transparency and trust. We recommend our guests to consider purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected changes in their plans. It’s important to note that this policy applies uniformly to all reservations. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy outlined below: Grace Period For Flexible Rate bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the initial reservation, you may only be charged merchant fees (if applicable). Cancelling more than 30 days Prior to Check in date A 90% refund of the full transaction will be issued, with only 10% being retained to cover merchant and administrative fees. Cancelling more than 21 days Prior to Check in date A 50% refund of the full transaction will be issued. We trust this will serve as a feasible solution to address any inconvenience or discrepancies encountered during the purchase process. This refund, equivalent to half of the total transaction amount, aims to provide a fair and equitable resolution for all parties involved. Cancelling less than 21 days Prior to Check in date If you cancel your reservation within 21 days of your scheduled check-in date, unfortunately, no refund will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe.
